SELECTING SINCERELY:

Choosing Pedagogies and giving chances for performing according to their choice of favourite fields in education is inevitable.

Targets can be Educationally achieved by utilising a perfect and suitable pedagogy. Find out a necessary, qualified, stabilized and innovative Pedagogy by setting a committee of a certain selection procedure according to the present moment of the institution.

Analyse and Enumerate the acquired knowledge and teaching skills of pedagogy, standard in curriculum and quality of personal attitude as well capable in maintaining children in different groups in various areas, here remind that behaviour of different age groups are varied in different areas in different situations. Facing situational challenges are very essential with patients and tolerance is inevitable.

Pedagogy must understand his/her personal values, responsibility, designation, duty , nature of work, weightage of concerned subject and importance as well values of children facing in present situation.

Compromising in selecting Pedagogies among the available candidates and appointing them according to the situation may fulfill the expectation of students and satisfy the parents in time to maintain a constant teaching and coaching continuously.

Resource of Human Potentiality should be utilised and bring out the hidden talents in a systematic way of giving guidance and counseling with a proper training to all the pedagogies based on the present moment.

Pedagogies learn everything in every moment by facing situational challenges, he/she himself/herself able to fulfill their own expectations practically. Stimulation of competence quality is required in all the events occurring throughout the academic year.

Very clear in educating and explaining all the pedagogies about the nature of work and clarity in subject matter to do a dedicated service faithfully by the TEACHERS EDUCATOR in time with constant interval during the entire tenure of the academic year. Guidance and counseling are needed whenever a Pedagogy faces a critical situation to face students, parents and public as well very particularly their colleagues.

Having traditional and cultural values, giving more importance for human values besides Teaching of subjects should be developed by the pedagogies, the school administration can provide everything as per the requirement and assist them to do their service freehand.

CONDUCTING INTERVIEWS:

Calling qualified, experienced and suitable candidates as per requirement based on existing and expecting strength of children in school.

Interview committee should have strategies for calling, conducting, observing and finalising the candidates who have applied for interview as well based on the principles of the institution with the acceptance of management.

Candidates can be interviewed in person directly, views, expectations, performance may be assessed in different modes as well they may be questioned through their points mentioned in the application and biodata.

Testifying by reading lesson plans, hearing lectures, watching action, using boards, charts, models and visuals, etc.. Here, class maintenance, impressing children and total watching are all very important.

Values of the institution, traditional values of society and culture of the people should be known so such an attitude may vanish their stress and strain.

Getting feedback after a periodical training may improve their positive understanding power on everything which will pave a path for making a good neighbourhood and good working situation in the institution.

Creating a new group of Pedagogies will bring out the hidden talents of the new generation with innovative ideas besides critical thinking. Easy and simple to select and train a new batch of Pedagogies positively according to the present moment.
